I built Valenza Talent after spending more than 30 years inside the fashion industry — leading teams, building businesses, and navigating every shift from brick‑and‑mortar to wholesale to e‑commerce. I know firsthand how much the right people matter. The right leader can change a business. The wrong one can stall momentum.
